The jury’s tasting note: "Pale salmon pink. Ripe fruit of strawberry, cherry, plum and apricot, with fine woody aromas of nougat and marzipan as well as subtle pepper spice. Dry, powerful and full-bodied on the palate at a moderate 12.5% vol., balanced and harmonious at the same time. Good balance of fruit, spice and structure."
