Directrice DU Domaine
Pauline is responsible for the administration and resolves all management issues in our domain. She takes care of everything related to growing and selling wine, the house and garden, purchases and orders... in fact, almost everything. For our customers, Pauline is the person to contact for the fast, individual and correct processing of all orders.
Léo Bonnot
Your host and sommelier on site
Léo is passionate about wine and the Provence. Plan some time for your visit to our Domaine. Tastings with him are real moments of pleasure, full of charm and expertise. If you contact him in good time, he will be happy to show you round the cellar (or ask Lauryn to do so). Léo is also our contact for all professionel trade partners.

Gil Nogueira & Mario Paeffgen

Our formidable duo in the vineyards, Gil and Mario, are like yin and yang: one has many years of experience in Provence and is a real go-getter, while the other is an agricultural engineer trained in Germany with practical skills acquired in Bordeaux. Here, the charm of Provence meets the prestige of Bordeaux. Both contribute their expertise, diligence and know-how to get the best out of our terroir.
Lauryn Merchat
WINEMAKER
Lauryn manages all the work in the cellar and is involved in all stages of wine making. Autonomous and rigorous, her decisions are essential for the smooth functioning of important processes. Be it for the “winemaking”, processing orders, or ensuring hygiene in the cellar and the maintenance and control of all equipment and tools.
Dale Clarke
OENOLOGIST
There are not many excellent oenologists who consult and help you throughout the year. Once you have them on board you change rarely. However...from time to time a fresh view from the outside might bring new insights. It is for this reason we started to work with Australian-born winemaker Dale Clark this summer.
Dale has 25 years of experience both in vineyards management and winemaking. He worked with Maison Chapoutier from the Rhone Valley to build up their Australian vineyards as well as in Alsace. Today he works with a few selected vineyards in Provence. Most important for us: he is on site at the crucila periods of winemaking, lends his hands when necessary and invests his time to upgrade the skills of our entire team.
