Elizabeth Gaby & Ben Berheim: The Wines of Provence
The new book by the world's leading expert on rosé wines
In their book “The Wines of Provence” Elizabeth Gabay and Ben Berheim explore the region beyond its famous rosés, highlighting terroir-driven reds, whites and serious rosés from both historic estates and innovative producers. Gabay and Bernheim trace Provence’s winemaking history, grape varieties and terroirs, dividing the region into distinct coastal, inland and northern zones. Featuring producer profiles, maps and practical appendices, the book reveals the diversity and character of one of France’s most iconic wine regions.
Elizabeth Gabay MW entered the wine trade in 1986, founding Elizabeth Gabay & Partners. She became a Master of Wine in 1998.
