July 9: Un grand délice with Pascal Barandoni

A full house for the BBQ party

On 9 July, Pascal Barandoni, a chef from the Var region, shared his passion for charcoal cooking with us. Crowned France’s Best Apprentice Chef in 2020, he shot to fame following his victory in 2021 on the television programme *Objectif Top Chef*. Now a chef in his own right, he offers cuisine characterised by technical skills and a strong sense of purpose, blending tradition and innovation.  

The evening was a fantastic success. More than 150 guests joined the party. As quite some of the reservations came last minute we actually had to buy a couple of tables and chairs to accommodate everybody.

Great experience for our new format "PETITS DÉLICES ? @ Féraud at it's second edition.
