October 2: Thanksgiving feast

October 2 we are looking forward to a great culinary moment during the grape harvest. 

Christian Bœuf, our favourite chef at La Bastide des Magnans – just a stone's throw from us in Vidauban – will be treating us to a feast in October. Together with his team, we want to celebrate the harvest. With everything that entails: a tour of the wine cellar, tasting old vintages and fresh grape juice, and of course Christian's fantastic Provençal cuisine. The terroir and the art of his cuisine are expressed with lightness and finesse, and the menus evolve according to the produce available at the market. 

Caroline Mayer will invite you to a musical journey beyond space and time to Italy. There is a lot of sensitivity and emotion emerging from stories of love and philosophy of life… But above all, it's all about poetry.
