Here comes our Zérosé

Simply unique

We hesitated for a long time before deciding to produce a non-alcoholic wine. But as the saying goes: ‘If you don’t move with the times, the times will move on without you’. Rather than getting caught up in debates about ‘superfood or soul food’, we therefore prefer to stick to the French wisdom of ‘chacun à son goût’.

Above all, however, we remain curious and set to work with a firm conviction: combining first-class wines with state-of-the-art technology can result in alcohol-free drinks that are enjoyable and, thanks to their aromas and structure, also make exciting accompaniments to food.

To ensure this, we first hand-picked high-quality grapes and vinified them into a wine with a natural residual sugar content of 15g/litre. This step alone was ‘uncharted territory’ for us. For the de-alcoholisation process using state-of-the-art technology, we then collaborated with an innovative French start-up.

Voilà, our Zérosé: a non-alcoholic (0%) and unique rosé sparkling wine from Provence for anyone who – for whatever reason – would like or needs to go without alcohol for a change. ‘Pink Bubbles’ for every day: certified organic and with no added sugar, water or flavourings whatsoever! Our Zérosé is not an attempt to copy a good sparkling wine. Our Zérosé is a drink for adults with its own sparkling character. After all, with a sugar content of 1.4 g/litre, the Zérosé is ultimately just as dry as our other wines.

So far, all wine lovers and professionals have been very pleasantly surprised by our new form of ‘wine diplomacy’ – striking a balance between ‘I want to enjoy myself tonight’ and ‘I have to get up at 6 am tomorrow morning’.
